Terms of Service

Version 1 — July 30, 2026

By using Reviewlution, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short, because the product is simple: free, gamified review for Philippine licensure exams.

The service

Reviewlutionis a free, gamified review app for Philippine licensure exams, currently in beta. Features, exams covered, and gameplay mechanics may change as we improve the product; we'll keep the app working as intended, but a beta product can have bugs, downtime, or in-progress features.

Accounts

You can use Reviewlutionas a guest (no sign-up) or with a claimed account (email or Google). A guest session's progress is saved when you claim an account. Each account is for one person — sharing an account, or creating multiple accounts to game leaderboards or rewards, isn't allowed.

Acceptable use

Play fair. Cheating, automation/bots, exploiting bugs, or running multiple accounts to inflate your standing are not allowed. We monitor for implausible timing or accuracy patterns; a flagged session is reviewed by a person, never auto-banned, and competitive credit (leaderboard/league standing) can be withheld pending that review. We'll always tell you if your account is affected and why.

Content ownership

The question bank, gameplay design, and app itself belong to Reviewlution. Your account gives you a personal, non-commercial license to use them to study — you may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the question bank or app content.

No warranty

Reviewlutionis provided “as is” during this free beta, with no warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep your progress, scores, and rankings accurate and available, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or match your real exam results.

Changes and termination

We may add, change, or remove features, or end the beta, at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms — for anything integrity-related, that follows the same human-reviewed process described under Acceptable use above, not an automatic action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and its version number above. Continued use of Reviewlution after a change means you accept the updated terms.
